HomeMy WebLinkAbout830703.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 726 - JAMES HOLMAN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 4th day of May, 1983 , considered the request of James Holman to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows : Part of the NWa, Section 14 , T5N , R64W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted, subject to the following conditions : 1) The mobile home shall be located in accordance to the plot plan submitted with case FHDP #27 ; and 2) The applicant applying for and receiving a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of James Holman to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 , be, and hereby is , granted subject to the conditions above listed. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of May, A.D. , 1983 .
