PIERCE FOR A MOBILE HOME AS A PRINCIPAL DWELLING ON A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS PART OF THE NW4SE4 EXC. W220 ' AND W110 ' NE4SE4 SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 64 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Gerald V. and Ruth A. Pierce have applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a permit to place a mobile home on the following described real estate, as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 2nd day of September, 1981, considered the request of Gerald V. and Ruth A.
