IN THE MATTER OF REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 65, PROCEDURES FOR THE
DISPOSITION OF SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY,
COLORADO:
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of January, 1980, the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado adopted Ordinance No. 65
which set forth the procedures for the disposition of surplus
real property by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that said
Ordinance No. 65 is not in the best interests of Weld County and
deems it advisable to repeal the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Ordinance No. 65 , Pro-
cedures for the Disposition of Surplus Real Property by the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, be, and hereby
is , repealed.
The above and foregoing Ordinance No. 73 was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day
of June , A.D. , 1980.
