City of Westminster has granted Aggregate Industries — WCR, Inc. permission to enter their
property located near the South Platte River and Weld County Road 6 in Weld County,
Colorado, for the purposes of mining, constructing reservoirs, reclaiming the property, and
making relevant application to Weld County, Colorado, the State of Colorado Division of
Minerals and Geology and any other necessary agencies for the purposes of permitting the
property as a sand & gravel mine site in accordance with the pernijs and approvals to be issued.
