HomeMy WebLinkAbout810463.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF NORMA MILLER FOR A MOBILE HOME AS A PRINCIPAL DWELLING TO BE LOCATED ON A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS LOT 14, BLOCK 3, HARDIN, COLORADO WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Norma Miller has applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a permit to place a mobile home on the following described real estate, as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 2nd day of September, 1981, considered the request of Norma Miller for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows: Lot 14, Block 3, Hardin, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the applicant, finds that said request should be granted. She owns several lots and by placing the unit parallel to Weld County Road 380 it would extend across lot lines. but could be located other than under the power lines.
