RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF NORMA MILLER FOR A MOBILE
HOME AS A PRINCIPAL DWELLING TO BE LOCATED ON A PARCEL
OF LAND DESCRIBED AS LOT 14, BLOCK 3, HARDIN, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Norma Miller has applied to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a permit to place
a mobile home on the following described real estate, as a
principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 2nd day of September, 1981, considered the
request of Norma Miller for a mobile home as a principal
dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly described as
follows:
Lot 14, Block 3, Hardin, Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicant, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of
Norma Miller for permission to place a mobile home as a
principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land be,
and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the

COMMENTS:
Norma's house burned and the mobile home will become her residence. Tbers is a mob;lc
home to the southeast of her unit. As presently__situated, the unit is under a power
line going to the adjoining mobile home. Norma's mobile home could be situated Qn her
land so the power line doesn't go over her mobile home. She owns several lots and
by placing the unit parallel to Weld County Road 380 it would extend across lot
lines. but could be located other than under the power lines.

be placed in the T. of Hardin.

Since it will be iii _sible for me to be at your hea ig on September 2,
I am sending my re- Ise in this letter.
Hardin, of course, ;a little town that has been mo or less aban-
doned. There are t or three trailer houses there the present time.
The area is very po y kept. I am not sure that th rea meets the
requirements of the ld County Health Department. moving another
trailer in would he clean up the area, I would be it. If it
further deteriorate he area, I would be against it
