On July 19, 2005 there will be a Weld County Department of Planning hearing on my
property in reference to my USR631. It will be held at 4209 CR 24 '/_, Longmont,
Colorado at 1:30 P.M. As a possible interested party I'm letting you know of this
meeting.
The property is Lot B Am RE-616 pt of W2SW4 of Section 22, T2N, R66W of the 6`h
P.M., Weld County, Colorado. North of and adjacent to Cr 18 and east of and adjacent to
Cr 31. Parcel #1309 22 000046.
The current USR-631 has been in place since 1985. It's for our family owned greyhound
farm. We've had our homes and business at this location for over 20 years.
The only changes that were previously made were that my brother Herbert Legg and
brother-in-law Philip Breedlove were the original names on the deed and we changed it to
my name several years ago which facilitated this hearing for an amendment to the USR.
