RESOLUTION
RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO ESTABLISH COUNTY ROAD 5 -
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUND AND DEBT SERVICE FUND
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that there is a need to set up a new
fund through the Weld County Treasurer's Office, for the administration and
financing of the County Road 5 - Special Assessment Fund and Debt Service Fund
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County that the County Road 5 - Special Assessment Fund and Debt Service
Fund be, and hereby are introduced into the Weld County Accounting system, and
that the Weld County Treasurer is hereby authorized to establish said funds
accordingly.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all interest accruing to monies in these
funds shall be deposited in these funds.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of February, A.D. , 1984.
