The comparable property that should have been compared to my property is, 2544 15th Ave. Ct., Greeley, CO. 80631, which has been valued at $90.731 It is a very comparable house in the Same location and built at the same time. I am glad to pay my share of taxes but [ would like to pay in companson to other properties of comparable geographic location and size and not more. .111 I am asking for is a FAIR assessment to my property.
