The Department of Planning Staff met on Friday,September23,to discuss your request to continue
to use the temporary modular unit on your property. Staff concurred that the use of this unit will not
constitute a substantial change to existing permit land use permit, USR-1090,therefore a amended
permit will not be warranted. You currently have eight proposed residential units on your plat, this
temporary modular unit will continue act as one of these residential units until you are ready to build
the eighth residential unit. At the time of applying for the eighth residential unit,the modular home
shall be removed prior to release of any building permits.
