RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER ROBERT D. MASDEN TO
CERTAIN ADVISORY BOARDS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Robert D. Masden has been assigned to Coordinate the
Department of Public Works, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner Masden be appointed to
represent the Board of County Commissioners on the following boards:
E-470 Public Highway Authority (alternate)
Northwest Parkway Public Highway Authority (alternate)
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner Masden to said
boards, with his term on each board to expire December 31, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Commissioner Robert D. Masden be, and hereby is, appointed to
the above listed boards, with his term on each board to expire December 31, 2005.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 3rd day of January, A.D., 2005.
