RE: DECLARATION OF SURPLUS PROPERTY AND TRANSFER OF 1967 FORD DUMP TRUCK
TO AIRPORT AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have leased the 1967 Ford
Dump Truck through the IGA Fund to the Airport Authority for several years,
and
WHEREAS, the Airport Authority has fully paid in depreciation charges for
the above named vehicle, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have been advised that the
County no longer has need for the vehicle.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that
vehicle #6405014, described as a 1967 Ford Dump Truck, is hereby declared
surplus by the Board of County Commissioners.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that since
the vehicle is fully depreciated and has been paid for by the Airport Authority
via depreciation, that the deed to the vehicle be transferred to the Airport
Authority.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of September, A.D. , 1981.
