LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that part of the NE1/4 of Section 29, Township 6 North, Range 65 West
of the 6th P.M. , County of Weld, State of Colorado, lying South of a line
drawn parallel with and 125 feet distant Northerly from the centerline of
the main track of Union Pacific Railroad (known as the line East from
Greeley) as the same has been surveyed, staked out and located, upon and
across said Section 29, Said centerline of main track crosses the West
line of the NE1/4 of said Section 29 at a point 79 .4 feet North of the
Southwest corner thereof.
Thence South 84 degrees 03 minutes East, on a tangent 2674. 8 feet;
Thence on a 1 degree 00 minutes curve to the left 345 feet;
Thence South 87 degrees 30 minutes East on a tangent to intersection with
the East line of said Section 28 at a point 84 . 8 feet North of the East
Quarter corner thereof.

gage deed wherein and whereby the Railroad Company conveyed
to The Chase National Bank of the City of New York as Trus-

WHEREAS, The Chase National Bank of the City of ;,
New York was, on the 31st day of March, 1955, merged into
the Bank of the Manhattan Company under the name of The
e-. Chase Manhattan Bank, and thereby The Chase Manhattan Bank r,
became successor to The Chase National Bank of the City of �Y
New York as Trustee of such mortgage, and on September 23, [1
1965, The Chase Manhattan Bank was converted into The Chase
Manhattan Bank (National Association) and its name changed ,
thereto without affecting the continuity of its business or
