RE: GRANT REQUEST OF NORTHERN COLORADO COUNCIL OF CAMP FIRE
REQUEST TO WAIVE EXHIBITION BUILDING FEES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, has received a request from the Northern Colorado
Council of Camp Fire for use of the Exhibition building for
a handicap awareness day on Saturday, April 23, 1983, and
have also requested that the rental fee for use of the building
be waived, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners desires to
grant said request for use of the Exhibition Building and
also desires to grant the request for waive of the rental fee
pursuant to the new policy regarding guidelines on rental
policies. However, the expenses for security services and
janitorial services shall be paid by Northern Colorado Council
of Camp Fire.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of
Northern Colorado Council of Camp Fire for use of the
Exhibition Building on April 23, 1983 be, and hereby is ,
granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
that the rental fee for use of the Exhibition Building by
Northern Colorado Council of Camp Fire be, and hereby is ,
waived. However, the expenses for security services and
janitorial services shall be paid by the Northern Colorado
Council of Camp Fire.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th
day of March, A.D. , 1982 .

Dear Commissioners:
The Northern Colorado Council of Camp Fire has reserved the Weld County
Exhibition building for Saturday, April 33, 1083. We are planning to offer
to the public, a handicap awareness day, where we hope everyone will gain
insight and a better understanding for the handicapped community. It is our
goal to educate our youth and our community for the betterment of Weld County.
We hope you will grant us the use of the building rent free. If you have
