RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING MOBILE HOME PERMIT,ZPMH#2439-RONALD
AND SUE GRABRIAN
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board of CountyCommissioners of Weld County,Colorado,on the 2nd day
of May,2005,considered the request of Ronald and Sue Grabrian,6325 Weld County Road 23, Fort
Lupton,Colorado 80621,fora mobile home to be used as a Temporary Accessory to the Farm,and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A (Agricultural) Zone District on a
parcel of land being more particularly described as follows:
N1/2 SE1/4 of Section 35,Township 2 North, Range
67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners, having heard all of the testimony,finds
that said request should be continued for one month to allow the applicant time to discuss his
options with the Department of Planning Services.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request of Ronald and Sue Grabrian for permission to place a mobile
home to be used as a Temporary Accessory to the Farm on the above described parcel of land,be,
and hereby is, continued to June 6, 2005, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 2nd day of May, A.D., 2005.
