The Weld County Department of Planning Services has determined through an administrative review that the
standards of Section 24-8-40 of the Weld County Code have been met. This Recorded Exemption is
approved with the following conditions in accordance with information submitted in the application and the
policies of Weld County.
1. A Weld County septic permit is required for any proposed home. The septic system shall be installed
according to the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal System (I.S.D.S.) regulations.

2. The Applicant has proposed a well as the source of adequate water for the lots. Property owners are
advised that the quantity of water available for usage may be limited to specific uses, i.e., "Domestic
Use Only," etc. Because each situation is unique, the Department of Planning Services encourages
property owners to contact the Office of the State Engineer, Division of Water Resources (1313
Sherman Street, Room 818, Denver, Colorado 80203. Phone 303-866-3581), to discuss each
individual situation.
3. Prior to recording the plat:
A. The plat shall be titled: Recorded Exemption No. 1211-18-4 RE-4037
B. Lot D shall use the existing residential access point as no additional accesses shall be granted.
C. The applicant has proposed to access Lots A, B and C from a 20'easement along County Road
27 section line.The applicant shall submit to the Weld County Department of Planning Services
one of the following:
1) Evidence that the access is dedicated as right-of-way by Weld County. The applicant
shall complete a Nonexclusive License Agreement for the upgrade and maintenance of
County Road 27 right-of-way. There is a $150 fee for the fabrication and installation of
blue and white cross road signs identifying the section line road intersection for the use
of addressing and emergency response. The blue and white signs identify a non-
maintained County right-of-way. Distance and location from the nearest county road may
require additional information signs. The fee for the sign designating the access as a
non-maintained county right-of-way shall be paid to the Department of Public Works and
the sign shall be installed prior to recording the plat. If existing signs are in place,the fee
and installation may be waived by the Department of Public Works. Evidence of such
shall be submitted to the Department of Planning Services.
2) If County Road 27 right-of-way does not exist,the applicant shall submit a recorded copy
of any agreement signed by all of the owners of the property crossed by the access.The
access shall be for utilities and ingress and egress for the three new lots and shall be
referenced on the plat by the Weld County Clerk and Recorders reception number.The
minimum access width is normally 30'wide. If the easement is less that 30',the applicant
shall submit written evidence to the Department of Planning Services from the Platteville
Fire Protection District indicating that the easement will be adequate for their needs.
D. Lots A, B and C shall share a joint access point from the easement or County Road 27 right-of-
way.
E. All approved accesses shall be clearly shown on the plat.The applicant shall contact the Weld
County Department of Public Works to determine if a culvert is necessary at any approved road
access point. If a drainage culvert is required, a 15 inch Corrugated Metal Pipe(CMP)is Weld
County's minimum size. If the applicant chooses to place a larger culvert please contact the
Weld County Department of Public Works to adequately size the culvert.
F. County Road 34 is designated on the Weld County Road Classification Plan as a local gravel
road,which requires 60 feet of right-of-way at full build out.There is presently 30 feet of right-of-
way. A total of 30 feet from the centerline of County Road 34 shall be delineated right-of-way
on the plat. This road is maintained by Weld County.
G. County Road 27 is designated on the Weld County Road Classification Plan as a section line.
This road is not maintained by Weld County.

H. The applicant shall address the requirements of Weld County School District RE-1 as stated in
the referral response dated February 18, 2005. Evidence of such shall be submitted in writing
to the Weld County Department of Planning Services.
The applicant shall submit written evidence to the Weld County Department of Planning
Services verifying that the occupant of the mobile home permitted by ZMPH #1819, for
temporary accessory farm use, is principally employed at or engaged in the farming operation
on the subject property in accordance with Section 24-4-170 of the Weld County Code. The
evidence shall consist of tax records, employment agreements or other documentation as
determined suitable by the Weld County Department of Planning Services. Failure to submit the
required documentation may result in the cessation of the allowance of the mobile home for
temporary accessory farm use.
J. Lots A, B and C shall comply with the two and one-half (2 1/2) acre net minimum lot size
required by Section 24-8-40.L of the Weld County Code.
K. Lot D shall comply with the one-hundred twenty (120) acre net minimum lot size required by
Section 24-8-20.C.3 of the Weld County Code.
L. The applicant shall provide the Weld County Department of Planning Services with a Statement
of Taxes from the Weld County Treasurer showing no delinquent taxes exist for the original
parcel.
M. The following notes shall be placed on the plat:
1) All proposed or existing structures will or do meet the minimum setback and offset
requirements for the zone district in which the property is located. Pursuant to the
definition of setback in the Weld County Code, the required setback is measured from
the future right-of-way line.
No building or structure as defined and limited to those occupancies listed as Groups A,
B, E, F, H, I, M and R in Section 302.1 of the 2003 International Building Code, shall be
constructed within a 200-foot radius of any tank battery or within a 150-foot radius of any
wellhead. Any construction within a 200-foot radius of any tank battery or 150-foot radius
of any wellhead shall require a variance from the terms of the Section 23-3-10 of the
Weld County Code.
2) Any future structures or uses on site must obtain the appropriate zoning and building
permits.
3) Lot A, Lot B and Lot C are not eligible for a future land exemption in accordance with
Section 24-8-20.C.3 of the Weld County Code.
4) Prior to the release of building permits, the applicant shall submit a recorded deed
describing the Lot upon which the building permit is requested with the building permit
applications. The legal description on such deed shall include the Lot designation and
Recorded Exemption number.
5) Prior to the release of building permits, the applicant shall submit evidence to the
Department of Planning Services that Lots A, B and C have an adequate water supply
of sufficient quality, quantity and dependability. Lots A, B and C may not share a
domestic well.

6) Potential purchasers should be aware that Lots A, B and C may not be eligible for a
domestic well permit which allows for outside irrigation and/or the watering of stock
animals. The State Division of Water Resources issues all well permits.
7) Potential purchasers should be aware that groundwater may not meet all drinking water
standards as defined by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
The Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment strongly encourages
well users to test their drinking water prior to consumption and periodically there after.
8) Potential purchasers should be aware that approval of this Recorded Exemption does
not guarantee that well permits will be issued for the lots. Any lot may be deemed non-
buildable if the lot owner is unable to obtain a well permit. The State Division of Water
Resources issues all well permits.
9) Prior to the release of building permits for any structure exceeding 3,600 square feet,the
applicant must comply with the requirements of Appendix III-A of the International Fire
Code.
10) Should noxious weeds exist on the property or become established as a result of the
proposed development the applicant/landowner shall be responsible for controlling the
noxious weeds, pursuant to Chapter 15, Articles I and II of the Weld County Code.
11) All mobile homes as accessory farm uses are temporary. Allowance of the mobile
homes shall be extended only if the use continues to be in conformance with the criteria
established in Section 23-4-170 of the Weld County Code. The mobile homes shall be
removed from the property if the mobile home cannot be legally permitted for an
approved use as listed in Chapter 23, Article IV, Division 3 of the Weld County Code.
12) Building permits shall be obtained prior to the construction of any building. Buildings that
meet the definition of an Ag Exempt Building per the requirements of Section 29-1-20
and Section 29-3-20.B.13 of the Weld County Code do not need building permits,
however,a Certificate of Compliance must be filed with the Planning Department and an
electrical and/or plumbing permit is required for any electrical service to the building or
water for watering or washing of livestock or poultry.
13) Any disturbance of wetlands shall require the applicant to contact the Army Corps of
Engineers for permits pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act.
14) Effective January 1,2003, Building Permits issued on the proposed lots will be required
to adhere to the fee structure of the County Road Impact Program.(Ordinance 2002-11)
15) Potential Purchasers are hereby notified that a confined animal feeding operation is
located directly south of County Road 32. Off-site impacts that may be encountered
include noise from trucks,tractors and equipment;dust from animal pens and odors from
animal confinement, silage, and manure.
16) Prior to the release of building permits on Lots A, B and C,the Lot owner shall verify with
the nearest Town/City or Sanitation District to determine the location of the nearest
sanitary sewer line. In accordance with the Weld County Code, if a sewer line exists
within four hundred (400) feet of the property line and the sewer provider is willing to
serve the proposed structure, a septic permit cannot be granted by the Weld County
Department of Public Health and Environment. Evidence of such shall be submitted in
writing to the Weld County Department of Planning Services.

17) WELD COUNTY'S RIGHT TO FARM: Weld County is one of the most productive
agricultural counties in the United States,ranking fifth in total market value of agricultural
products sold. The rural areas of Weld County may be open and spacious, but they are
intensively used for agriculture. Persons moving into a rural area must recognize and
accept there are drawbacks, including conflicts with longstanding agricultural practices
and a lower level of services than in town. Along with the drawbacks come the incentives
which attract urban dwellers to relocate to rural area:open views,spaciousness,wildlife,
lack of city noise and congestion, and the rural atmosphere and way of life. Without
neighboring farms, those features which attract urban dwellers to rural Weld County
would quickly be gone forever.
Agricultural users of the land should not be expected to change their long-established
agricultural practices to accommodate the intrusions of urban users into a rural area.
Well run agricultural activities will generate off-site impacts,including noise from tractors
and equipment; slow-moving farm vehicles on rural roads; dust from animal pens,field
work, harvest, and gravel roads; odor from animal confinement, silage, and manure;
smoke from ditch burning;flies and mosquitoes;and the use of pesticides and fertilizers
in the fields, including the use of aerial spraying. Ditches and reservoirs cannot simply
be moved out of the way of residential development without threatening the efficient
delivery of irrigation to fields which is essential to farm production.
Section 35-3.5-102, C. R. S., provides that an agricultural operation shall not be found
to be a public or private nuisance if the agricultural operation alleged to be a nuisance
employs methods or practices that are commonly or reasonably associated with
agricultural production.
Weld County covers a land area of over 4,000 square miles in size (twice the State of
Delaware) with more than 3,700 miles of state and County roads outside of
municipalities. The sheer magnitude of the area to be served stretches available
resources. Law enforcement is based on responses to complaints more than on patrols
of the county and the distances which must be traveled may delay all emergency
responses, including law enforcement, ambulance, and fire. Fire protection is usually
provided by volunteers who must leave their jobs and families to respond to
emergencies. County gravel roads,no matter how often they are bladed,will not provide
the same kind of surface expected from a paved road. Snow removal priorities mean
that roads from subdivisions to arterials may not be cleared for several days after a major
snowstorm. Snow removal from roads within subdivisions are of the lowest priority for
public works or may be the private responsibility of the homeowners. Services in rural
areas, in many cases,will not be equivalent to municipal services. Rural dwellers must,
by necessity, be more self-sufficient than urban dwellers.
Children are exposed to different hazards in the county than in an urban or suburban
setting. Farm equipment and oil field equipment, ponds and irrigation ditches, electrical
power for pumps and center pivot operations, high speed traffic, sand burs, puncture
vines, territorial farm dogs, and livestock present real threats to children. Controlling
children's activities is important, not only for their safety,but also for the protection of the
farmer's livelihood. Parents are responsible for their children.
4. Any proposed subdivision adjacent to or contained within this recorded exemption may be considered
to be urban scale development. Urban scale infrastructure may be required.

5. The applicant shall submit two(2)paper copies of the plat for preliminary approval to the Weld County
Department of Planning Services.Upon approval of the paper copies the applicant shall submit a Mylar
plat along with all other documentation required as conditions of approval. The Mylar plat shall be
recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder by Department of Planning Services'
Staff. The plat shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements of Section 24-8-60 of the Weld
County Code. The Mylar plat and additional requirements shall be submitted within sixty(60)days from
the date the Administrative Review was signed. The applicant shall be responsible for paying the
recording fee.
6. The Department of Planning Services respectfully requests the surveyor provide a digital copy of this
Recorded Exemption. Acceptable CAD formats are .dwg, .dxf, and .dgn (Microstation); acceptable
GIS formats are ArcView shapefiles, Arclnfo Coverages and Arclnfo Export files format type is .e00.
The preferred format for Images is .tif(Group 4). (Group 6 is not acceptable). This digital file may be
sent to maps{o�co.weld.co.us.
7. The Weld County Department of Planning Staff's approval of this Recorded Exemption Application is
based on satisfying the Conditions of Approval. Should an applicant be unwilling or unable to meet any
one of these conditions within 60 days of approval,then this case will be forwarded to the Weld County
Board of County Commissioners with a staff recommendation for denial.

1. A. Domestic water is supplied to Lot D by a Central Weld water tap. The three new
smaller parcels will by serviced by domestic wells. . .
B. The larger parcel is irrigated by 10 shares of the capital stock of the Farmers
Reservoir and Irrigation Co. and 4 shares of the Platte Valley Irrigation Co. No
irrigation water will be removed from the land.
2. The large parcel (Lot D)has existing septic systems Statement of the existing septic
permits are included with this application. Any new construction on any of the three
smaller parcels will require new septic systems.
3. This parcel is currently an irrigated farm with 2 sets of rural residences. The three
smaller parcels(Lot A, B & C)are currently vacant land and will be rural residential

The Weld County Public Works Department has reviewed this proposal. Our comments and requirements are
as follows:
COMMENTS:
WCR 34 is designated on the Weld County Road Classification Plan (FHU) as a local gravel road, which
requires a 60-foot right-of-way at full build out. There is presently a 60-foot right-of-way. The road is
maintained by Weld County. Pursuant to the definition of SETBACK in the Weld County Code, Chapter 23,
Article III, Section 23-3-50, the required setback is measured from the future right-of-way line.
WCR 27 is designated on the Weld County Road Classification Plan (FHU) as a section line. The road is NOT
maintained by Weld County. Pursuant to the definition of SETBACK in the Weld County Code, Chapter 23,
Article III, Section 23-3-50, the required setback is measured from the future right-of-way line.
REQUIREMENTS:
The applicant shall utilize the existing residential access to this parcel. (Lot D)
The applicant shall indicate specifically on the plat the type of right-of-way/easement and indicate whether it is
dedicated, private, or deeded to provide adequate access to the parcel. Section line accesses are considered
private lanes with no county maintenance.
The applicant shall complete a Nonexclusive License Agreement for the Upgrade and Maintenance of Weld
County Right-of-Way if the County has right-of-way.
In accordance with Section 24-7-50 J of the Weld County Code, Chapter 24, Article VII, the flag lot
configuration will be avoided where possible. The minimum width of a flag lot is 30 feet.
Lots A, B, and C shall share a joint access point from easement or County right-of-way.

Environmental Health Services has reviewed this proposal; the following conditions are
recommended to be part of any approval:
1. A Weld County Septic Permit is required for the proposed home septic system(s)
and shall be installed according to the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal
Regulations. Please note, the lot owners shall verify with the nearest
Town/City or Sanitation District to determine the location of the nearest sewer
line. In accordance with the Weld County Code, if a sewer line exists within 400
feet of the property and the sewer provider is willing to serve the proposed
structure, a septic permit cannot be granted by the Weld County Department of
Public Health and Environment.
Additionally, please note the following:
1. This application is proposing a well(s) as its source of water. The applicant
should be made aware that while they may be able to obtain a well permit from
the Office of the State Engineer, Division of Water Resources, the quantity of
water available for usage may be limited to specific uses, i.e. domestic use only,
etc. Also, the applicant should be made aware that groundwater may not meet all
drinking water standards as defined by the Colorado Department of Public
Health and Environment. We strongly encourage the applicant to test their
drinking water prior to consumption and periodically test it over time.

We have reviewed the application by Jim and Gayla Shutt for a recorded exemption (RE-4037).
Weld County School District RE-1 has developed methodology for Land Dedication and/or In Lieu
Payments. The current In Lieu Payment amount per single family unit is $1,054.20. Based on the
information provided, it appears that there are plans to build homes on Lots A, B, and C. Therefore, a cash
in-lieu payment in the amount of$3,162.60 is due to the school district prior to approval of the recorded
exemption.

MEMORANDUM OF OPTION AND LEASE AGREEMENT
This Memorandum dated this 9th day of August, 1995,by and between Jimmy D. Shutt
and Gayla M. Shutt, (hereinafter"Lessor) and U S WEST NewVector Group, Inc., 3350 161st
Avenue S.E., P.O. Box 91211; Bellevue, Washington 98009-9211 (hereinafter"Lessee"), is a
record of that Option and Lease Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") between Lessor and
Lessee dated August 9, 1995, which Agreement includes in part the following terms:
1. Leased Premises. The Agreement pertains to real property consisting of 50 x 60
square feet which are described in Exhibit "A" (hereinafter "Premises"), which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
2. Term of Agreement and Options to Extend. The initial term of the Agreement is for
a five-year(5)period commencing on the date the Option is exercised by Lessee. Lessee has
options to extend the Agreement term for four(4) consecutive five-year (5) periods. Lessee
may, under certain conditions, elect to further extend the term thereof.
3. Successors and Assigns. The terms, covenants and provisions of the Agreement
extend to and are binding upon the respective executors, administrators, heirs,successors and
assigns of Lessor and Lessee.

RE: Water Service to Shutt Property
Dear Ms. Brethauer:
This letter is in response to a request for water service to serve the following property described as
follows:
Part NE 1/4,N 'h SE '/4& SE '/4 SE 1/4Section 18, Township 3 North,
Range 66 West, Weld County, Colorado.
Water service is presently available to the above described property by tap number 568 located at
Weld Co. Rd. 34 between 25 & 27. Additional water service can be made available to this
property, provided all requirements of Central Weld County Water District, Northern Colorado
Water Conservancy District and the Bureau are satisfied. This property has been petitioned into
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District.
New service will have to meet the criteria stated in the Water Shortage Contingency Plan adopted
by the Board on June 20, 2002. Central Weld County Water District requires that contracts be
consummated within one (1) year from the date of this letter or this letter shall become null and
void unless extended in writing by the District. Please contact the Central Weld office for further
information about water service. Due to the rapid cost increase of raw water, existing tap fees may
not apply for water service to this property. The District will not notify, by separate letter, any
prospective landowners or land purchasers of tap fee or line extension cost increases. The cost of a
tap fee and/or improvements will have to be paid in advance to the District by the prospective
customer in accordance with District policy.

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Nonexclusive License Agreement for
Upgrade and Maintenance of Weld County Road 27 Right-of-Way between the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,on behalf

MAINTENANCE OF WELD COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY
THIS NONEXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT,made and entered into this day of
,2005,by and between WELD COUNTY,COLORADO,by and through the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, whose address is 915 Tenth Street, Greeley,
Colorado 80631, as First Party, and Jimmy D. Shutt and Gayla M. Shutt, as Second Party whose
address is 15669 WCR 38, Platteville, CO 80651.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Second Party desires to more effectively access property located at part of the
Northeast A, North '''/, Southeast ''/4, Southeast %4, Southeast '/4 of Section 18, Township 3 North,
Range 66 West of the 6`1'P.M. in Weld County, Colorado (RE-4037), and
WHEREAS,First Party is the owner of the right-of-way known as WCR 27 for a distance of
/4 mile north of WCR 32 and located as follows:60 feet of right-of-way between Sections 17 and 18
in Township 3 North,Range 66 West of the 6`h P.M. in Weld County, Colorado,which is hereinafter
referred to as "ROW," and
WHEREAS, ROW is currently not being maintained by First Party, and
WHEREAS,Second Party wishes to upgrade and thereafter maintain ROW at his/her/its sole
expense in order to provide said more effective access.
NOW,THEREFORE,in consideration of the covenants contained herein and the agreements
of said Second party to be performed hereunder, and upon the conditions herein stated, First Party
does grant to Second Party, its successors and assigns, a nonexclusive license to upgrade and
maintain ROW without gating or fencing across the same.
The conditions by which Second Party may upgrade and maintain ROW are as follows:
1. First Party retains the right to revoke this Nonexclusive License Agreement at any time for
any reason,but such revocation shall not prohibit Second Party=s continued use of the ROW
for access to Second Party=s property,to the extent that such continued use is consistent with
the right of the public to use the ROW. First Party shall give Second Party written notice of
its intent to revoke this Nonexclusive License Agreement at least ninety(90)days prior to the
intended date of revocation. Such notice shall be sent to Second Party by Certified Mail to
its address written above or served upon Second Party in accordance with the Colorado Rules
of Civil Procedure. Second Party shall have the duty of informing First Party of Second
Party=s change in address from his address written above.
2. The upgrade and maintenance of ROW by Second Party shall be done in such manner as
reasonably prescribed by First Party, which manner shall include, but not be limited to,the
following:
a. ROW shall be constructed and maintained as a graded and drained all-weather road.

b. If the installation of a cross culvert is required through an existing drainage pattern or
ditch, Second Party shall be responsible to supply and install such culvert, which
shall be inspected by First Party to ensure adequacy of capacity,strength,and length.
Second Party shall be responsible to maintain the culvert after its installation,
including periodically cleaning the same.
c. If the installation of a cattle guard is required,Second Party shall be responsible to
supply and install such cattle guard, which shall meet County standards. Second
Party shall be responsible to maintain the cattle guard after its installation,including
periodically cleaning the same.
d. This Nonexclusive License Agreement does not grant the right to gate or fence
ROW for private use, but is intended to provide access to private property.
e. Prior to commending work within the ROW,Second Party shall,through the services
of a licensed registered surveyor hired and paid for by Second Party, mark the
location of the exterior boundaries of the ROW.
3. The upgrade and maintenance of the ROW by Second Party,including those items set forth
in Paragraph 1., above, or any other requirements stated by First Party, shall be at its own
expense and without the aid or use of Weld County funds. Second Party shall be responsible
for snow removal from ROW, if required to gain access, as part of the maintenance
responsibilities referred to herein.

4. Except for the negligence of First Party, Second Party shall indemnify and save harmless
First Party,its successors,assigns,employees,and agents from any damage or loss sustained
by them or any of them to the extent caused by Second Party=s negligence with respect to the
upgrade and maintenance of the ROW.
5. Except for the negligence of First Party, Second Party agrees to protect First Party and save
and hold it harmless from any and all third party claims and damages that said upgrade and
maintenance may directly or indirectly cause to the extent attributable to the negligence of
Second Party. Second Party hereby releases First Party, its successors, assigns,employees,
and agents from any and all claims and damages of whatsoever character to property owned
by Second Party resulting from any act,either on the part of the First Party or on the part of
any third party.
6. Second Party shall not assign any or all of its rights under this Nonexclusive License
Agreement without first obtaining written consent to such assignment from First Party,which
consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
7. The parties hereby agree that neither has made or authorized any agreement with respect to
the subject matter of this instrument other than expressly set forth herein, and no oral
representation,promise,or consideration different from the terms herein contained shall be
binding on either party hereto, or its agents or employees. This Nonexclusive License
Agreement embodies all agreements between the parties hereto and there are no promises,
terms, conditions, or obligations referring to the subject matter whereof other than as

8. If any term or provision of this Nonexclusive License Agreement,or the application thereof
to any person or circumstances shall, to any extent, be held invalid or unenforceable, the
remainder of this Nonexclusive License Agreement, or the application of such terms or
provisions, to a person or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid or
unenforceable,shall not be affected,and every other term and provision of this Nonexclusive
License Agreement shall be deemed valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by law.
9. No portion of this Nonexclusive License Agreement shall be deemed to constitute a waiver
of any immunities the parties or their officers or employees may possess, nor shall any
portion of this Nonexclusive License Agreement be deemed to have created a duty of care
which did not previously exist with respect to any person not a party to this Nonexclusive
License Agreement.
10. It is expressly understood and agreed that the enforcement of the terms and conditions of this
Nonexclusive License Agreement,and all rights of action relating to such enforcement,shall
be strictly reserved to the undersigned parties and nothing in this Nonexclusive License
Agreement shall give or allow any claim or right of action whatsoever by any other person
not included in this Nonexclusive License Agreement. It is the express intention of the
undersigned parties that any entity other than the undersigned parties receiving services or
benefits under this Nonexclusive License Agreement shall be an incidental beneficiary only.
11. There shall be a$150 fee for the fabrication and installation of blue and white cross roads
signs identifying the section line road intersection for the use of addressing and emergency
response. The blue and white signs identify a non-maintained County right-of-way.
Distance and location from the nearest maintained County road may require additional
information signs. If existing signs are in place,the fee may be waived.
It is mutually understood and agreed that this Nonexclusive License Agreement and all the
terms and conditions hereof shall extend to and be binding upon the parties hereto,their successors,
and assigns.
