RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SHOW CAUSE HEARING FOR USE BY SPECIAL
REVIEW PERMIT#1456 FORA KENNEL(25 CATS)IN THE A(AGRICULTURAL)ZONE
DISTRICT - BARBARA SCHOTTELKOTTE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Probable Cause hearing conducted on February 28, 2005,the
Board of County Commissioners held a Show Cause hearing on the 16th day of March,2005,at the
hour of 10:00 a.m.in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of determining whether good cause
exists for revocation of Use by Special Review Permit #1456 for a Kennel (25 cats) in the A
(Agricultural)Zone District, issued to Barbara Schottelkotte, P.O. Box 1129, Brighton, Colorado
80601, on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot 7, Block 20, Aristocrat Ranchettes; being part of
Section 27,Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, at the request of the Clerk to the Board, the Board deemed it advisable to
continue said matter to allow staff adequate time to set up the case and send proper legal
notification, and
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to April 6, 2005, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to April 6, 2005,
2005, at 10:00 a.m.
