RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 765 - MARSHAL GIFFORD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 3rd day of August, 1983, considered the request
of Marshal Gifford to place a mobile home to be used as a princi-
pal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone Dis-
trict, on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows:
Lots 5 and 6 , Block 1, Community of Briggsdale,
Weld County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject
to the applicant applying for and receiving a building permit for
the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval
by the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Marshal
Gifford to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling
on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in
compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, section 43 , be,
and hereby is, granted subject to the condition as above listed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of
August, A.D. , 1983.

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that
the request be approved for the reasons:

The Department of Planning Services has not received any objections regarding
this application.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is

Board of County Commissioners.

ZONING PERMIT. X
