WIEDEMAN, C/O MARCUM MIDSTREAM 1995-2 BUSINESS TRUST, DBA CONQUEST
DISPOSAL SERVICE
A public hearing was conducted on June 15, 2005, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner William H. Jerke, Chair
Commissioner M. J. Geile, Pro-Tem
Commissioner David E. Long
Commissioner Robert D. Masden
Commissioner Glenn Vaad
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated April 22, 2005, and duly published April 27, 2005,
in the Fort Lupton Press, a public hearing was conducted on May 11, 2005, to consider the request
of Robert and Esther Wiedeman, c/o Marcum Midstream 1995-2 Business Trust, dba Conquest
Disposal Service, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1500
for an Oil and Gas Support Facility (Class II oilfield waste disposal facility) in the A (Agricultural)
Zone District. At said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue the matter to June 15,
2005, to allow the applicant additional time to address issues with the Colorado Oil and Gas
Conservation Commission with regard to injection pressures at the injection facility. On June 15,
2005, Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Kim Ogle,
Department of Planning Services, stated the applicant submitted a letter dated, June 3, 2005,
requesting this case be withdrawn due to a determination by the Colorado Oil and Gas
Conservation Commission indicating insufficient injection pressures for a well on the subject
property. No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Long moved to approve the request of Robert and Esther Wiedeman, c/o Marcum
Midstream 1995-2 Business Trust, dba Conquest Disposal Service, to withdraw the application for
a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1500 for an Oil and Gas
Support Facility (Class II oilfield waste disposal facility) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. The
motion was seconded by Commissioner Masden, and it carried unanimously. There being no
further discussion, the hearing was completed at 11:40 a.m.
