RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO CHILD PROTECTION
CITIZEN REVIEW PANEL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tracey McCoy be appointed to said board, to
replace Gilbert Burgerhoff as an alternate member, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Gilbert Burgerhoff be reappointed to said board
as a regular member, to replace Shelley MartindelCampo, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Tracey McCoy to said board, and to
reappoint Gilbert Burgerhoff to said board,with terms to expire March 4, 2007 and March 4, 2006,
respectively.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Tracey McCoy be, and hereby is, appointed to the Child Protection Citizen
Review Panel, with a term to expire March 4, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Gilbert Burgerhoff be reappointed to said
board, with a term to expire March 4, 2006.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 7th day of February, A.D., 2005.
