RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 670 - A. T. AND ELAINE WERNER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 20th day of October, 1982, considered the request
of A. T. and Elaine Werner for a mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied
in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described
as follows:
Part of the Ez, Section 1, T6N, R65W
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of A. T.
and Elaine Werner for permission to place a mobile home to be
used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of
land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County
Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
October, A.D. , 1982.

'1e nresently have under contract 3.049 acres of vacant ground
directly across the road from our existing dairy. Do to the
inability to place housing on our existing dairy, we are pur-
chasing the property with the intent of providing housing for
our hired men.
We will upon approval of this application, we will obtain a
septic system permit and the water will he furnished from our
existing well on present property. Your favorable consideration
of this application is greatly appreciated. If you have fur-
