RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF ROBERT AND SHERRY VALDEZ FOR
A PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners considered the
request of Robert and Sherry Valdez for a mobile home as a principal
dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows :
Lots 31 and 32, Block N, Evanston Subdivision
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the
testimony finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners that the request of Robert and Sherry Valdez for permission
to place a mobile home as a principal dwelling in an Agricultural
Zone District on the above described parcel of land be, and hereby
is, granted.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of February,
A.D. , 1982.

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that
the request be approved for the reasons:

COMMENTS:
The proposed mobile home would be used to replace Mr. Valdez's home which was
destroyed by fire on the same lots. The Department of Planning Services staff
has received ore complaint from a surrounding property owner in regard to this
request.
