WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, John Veenendaal has applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a permit to replace a mobile home on the following described real estate, as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 15th day of July, 1981, considered the request of John Veenendaal for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows : Lots 1 and 2 , Block 45, Aristocrat Ranchettes, a part of Section 27 , Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners having heard the applicant, as well as the recommendation of the Department of Planning Services, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of John Veenendaal for permission to replace a mobile home as a principal dwelling on the abovedescribed parcel of land be, and hereby is, granted.
