2 NORTH, RANGE 66 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY,
COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, John Veenendaal has applied to the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a permit to
replace a mobile home on the following described real estate,
as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 15th day of July, 1981, considered the request
of John Veenendaal for a mobile home as a principal dwelling
on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows :
Lots 1 and 2 , Block 45, Aristocrat Ranchettes,
a part of Section 27 , Township 2 North, Range
66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners having heard
the applicant, as well as the recommendation of the Department
of Planning Services, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of John
Veenendaal for permission to replace a mobile home as a principal
dwelling on the abovedescribed parcel of land be, and hereby
is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th
day of July, A.D. , 1981.

in the County Commissioners' Hearing Room, first floor, Weld County

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Veenendaal:
The uses on the above described property are being considered as zoning
violations of Section 6.3.B.5. of the Weld County Zoning Resolution as
replacing an existing mobile home requires a zoning permit and a mobile
home building permit for the new unit.
We are requesting your cooperation in this matter by contacting this
office by June 24, 1981.
In order to help you, this office would request that on or before June 24,
1981, you submit a letter of explanation setting forth in detail what
you are doing at the above mentioned location. Said letter will better
allow us to analyze the exact use and assist you with the best possible
alternatives toward correcting the violation.
