Dear Interest Owner:
Effective July 1, 2025, Dunamis Energy Operating LLC("Dunamis") acquired oil and gas interests from Civitas
Resources Inc.("Civitas")for properties located in the counties listed above.According to our records,you have
an interest in the properties related to this transaction. Below is important information regarding this change:
REVENUE PAYMENTS
Civitas distributed final revenue payments for these properties in November 2025, and Dunamis commenced
revenue distribution in December 2025. Receipt of this notification does not guarantee that a payment has been
issued to you. In accordance with Colorado statutes, revenue will be disbursed once the account meets all
requirements for payment and exceeds the statutory minimum threshold of$100.00.Future payments will be issued
on or before the last day of each month.
FORM 1099
Lastly, we wanted to give you information on what to expect for 1099 tax forms. You will receive a Tax Form
1099 from Civitas for the revenue you received from January 2025 through November 2025,and you'll receive
a second Form 1099 from Dunamis only if you were issued payment in December 2025. Dunamis will mail 1099s
by January 31st,2026.
