HomeMy WebLinkAbout820493.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 676 - DEAN PERRY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 17th day of November, 1982, considered the re- quest of Dean Perry for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows: Lots 25 and 26 , Block 2 , Town of Hardin WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Dean Perry for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted.
