RE: APPROVE LOW BID OF ARIX CONCERNING ENERGY CONSERVATION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, bids have been submitted and presented to the Board
of County Commissioners concerning the energy conservation program,
and
WHEREAS, ARIX has submitted the low bid for said energy
conservation program, and
WHEREAS, said low bid of ARIX exceeds the budget and the
Board deems it advisable to submit an application for a grant
concerning said project and further to award the bid to ARIX
contingent upon the grant money being received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that the bid for the energy con-
servation program shall be awarded to ARIX contingent upon said
grant money being received.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of
April, A.D. , 1980.
