RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 461 - ROSE GREER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Rose Greer has applied to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a permit to place
a mobile home on the following described real estate, to
be used as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied
in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 22nd day of July, 1981, considered the request
of Rose Greer for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a
parcel of land more particularly described as follows:
Lot 19 of Section 13, Township 3 North,
Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners having heard
the applicant, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Rose Greer for permission to place a mobile home as a
principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land be,
and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd
day of July, A.D., 1981.
