GENTLEMEN: —We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to -wit: Commencing at A_ point between the southeast corner of Section thirty-five (35) and the southwest corner of Section thirty-six (36)-; Township - one (1)_Nor_th, Range_ s.ixty-eight_(.68)_West.of_ the._Sixth Princ_ipal___. Meridian; thence north two. miles to the southeast corner_ of Section twenty-three (23). and the southwest_ corner of Section_ twenty-four__ (24), Township one. I trust you will not find it necessary to exact another deposit to accompany this petition as years ago the writer presented a_petition 'including this same road petition and deposit with it of ',325; and'.ss IUnderstand, the petition was Plerit acted upon but the deposiilaas made in the old Denver Land Company,N-t was never returned. Therefore the County is'a:ready in receipt of the $251 for this,deposit. ; ., This road.is very necessary in order to open up the road for the various property owners owning land in Sections35 and 36 so that they can get their crops to market at St. Vrains Junction as well as the hauling of beets to the new beet dump now being built at that station.
