USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW QUESTIONNAIRE
1. PROPOSED PROPERTY USE
We will only keep three pickup trucks and two bobcats on site and use existing storage buildings to
keep all other materials. We will also keep a few trees on hand and some misc landscape rocks and
mulches.
1. WELD COUNTY CODE CHAPTER#22
We feel that we are consistent in this area.We do farm this property now and are not going to remove
any of the existing farmland to operate this new portion of our services.
3. WELD COUNTY CODE CHAPTER#23
This property is now zoned agricultural and we do not intend to interfere with any agricultural
operations here or the surrounding areas.
4. SUUROUNDING USES
All of the surrounding area consists of small farms and small acreage residential.
We are on 80 acres 70 of which are farmed now and this new portion wilt utilize the areas already used
by our other farming operations.
5. COMPANY INFO
A. There will be 5 people on this site mainly in the morning and late afternoon.
B. We wilt have 4 employees
C. We are open 7-4 m-f and will have workers here in the morning to get tools and in the after noon
when they return from the job site.
D. We will need no new structures
E. With the landscape business there are no animals
F. We have three pick-up trucks and 2 small bobcats and a trailer that wilt leave in the morning and
return in the after noon
G. We are in the Brighton fire protection district and do not believe that we are increasing the fire
risk.
H. There is an existing well on site and we only need water to keep temporary trees alive.
I. There is an existing septic system and with the limited time employees will be on this site there
will be minimal increased use.
J. We will be storing three trucks and equipment in areas already provided, and will be using
existing storage buildings to keep misc parts. We will also store a few trees and other misc
landscape materials.
6. NEW LANDSCAPE
There will be no need for any new landscape. The existing residence is landscaped.
7, RECLAMATION
We will be utilizing area that is already in use by the existing farming and agricultural operations.
8. STORM WATER
We are not changing any existing drainage
9. CONSTRUCTION
There will be no new construction at this time
10. STORAGE
There will be minimal waste from this new operation since most are disposed of at alternate sites.
We do have an existing dumpster to handle any on site waste.
