RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1382 FOR A VETERINARY CLINIC IN THE
A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - VETERINARY PROPERTIES, LLC -
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Site Specific Development Plan and
Use by Special Review Permit#1382 for a Veterinary Clinic in the A (Agricultural) Zone District
for Veterinary Properties, LLC, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 3rd day of July, 2002, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one week due to scheduling
conflicts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
July 10, 2002, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 3rd day of July, A.D., 2002.
