RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION #3009 - GEORGE
BYDALEK
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 8th day of April, 2002, to
consider the request of George Bydalek, 8188 Weld County Road 39, Fort Lupton, Colorado
80621, c/o Pamela Edens, P.O. Box 459, Hudson, Colorado 80642, for Recorded Exemption
#3009, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter
indefinitely to allow George Bydalek to be present.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the application of George Bydalek, for Recorded Exemption #3009
be, and hereby is, continued indefinitely, and Department of Planning Services staff is
instructed to notify the Clerk to the Board when a new date has been scheduled.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 8th day of April, A.D., 2002.
