HomeMy WebLinkAbout810723.tiff • CD BO;A! 5 R'CFPliON 187b3" 87b3 AMV 2 FEoc,ZSTEIN, Cle Rind DATE---_---3 1981 TIME--3�3P�I rk and Recorder, �";c;d Ccunty, Colorado RESOLUTION RE: CORRECT LEGAL DESCRIPTION TO SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 141 - GREAT PLAINS CHEMICAL COMPANY o WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County o Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering n the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and Lrl WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, adopted a Resolution on July 22 , 1981 granting the request of Great Plains Chemical Company, for Subdivision Exemption No. 141, an exemption from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" in Section 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973, as amended, and Section 2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and WHEREAS, the legal description in Subdivision Exemption No. 141 was incorrect and should read as follows : CORRECTED LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Tract A of Subdivision Exemption #141 A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 32 , Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the North Quarter corner of Said Section 32 , and considering the North line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 32 to bear N90°00 ' 00"W and with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto; thence N90°00 ' 00"W along the North lire of said Northwest Quarter, 1, 084 . 41 feet; thence S00°00 ' 00"W, 20. 00 feet to a point on the South Right-of-Way line of a 40 foot county road, said point being the True Point of Beginning; Thence S00°00 ' 00"W, 300. 00 feet; Thence S90°00 ' 00"W, 162 . 20 feet; Thence N28°37 ' 32"W, 170. 82 feet; Thence N01°42 ' 01"W, 150 . 12 feet to a point on the South Right-of-way line of the county road; Thence N90°00 ' 00"E along the South Right-of-Way line, 248. 50 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
