RE: ESTABLISHING THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO BE SERVED, DESIGNATING A
COMMISSIONER TO MAKE ON-SITE INSPECTION AND SETTING THE HEARING
DATE CONCERNING THE APPLICATION OF BUSY, INC., DBA BORDERLINE, FOR
A TAVERN LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public
meeting on the 18th day of September, 2002, heard evidence to assist said Board in
establishing the neighborhood to be served, designating the Commissioner to make the on-site
inspection, and setting the hearing date concerning the application of Busy, Inc., dba
Borderline, 68947 Highway 85, Carr, Colorado 80612, c/o Sharon Parrill, P.O. Box 5925,
Cheyenne, Wyoming 82003, for a Tavern License, and
WHEREAS, the Board did determine that the following described area should comprise
the neighborhood to be served concerning said application, to-wit:
All of Sections 15, 16, 21, and 22, Township 12,
North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M.
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that Commissioner Long should be
designated to make the on-site inspection concerning said application, and
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that the hearing to consider said application
shall be scheduled for October 7, 2002, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the above described area be, and hereby is, established as the
neighborhood to be served concerning the application of Busy, Inc., dba Borderline, for a
Tavern License.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Commissioner Long be, and hereby is,
designated to make the on-site inspection concerning said application.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date concerning said
application be, and hereby is, scheduled for October 7, 2002, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 18th day of September, A.D., 2002.

COLORADO SUBJECT: Tavern Liquor License Application -
Busy, Inc., dba Borderline
Our office has received an application for a Tavern Liquor License from Busy, Inc., dba
Borderline, 68947 Highway 85, Carr, Colorado 80612. All application requirements have been
met and all fees have been paid. Due to publication and posting requirements, I recommend
the hearing be set for October 7, 2002, at 9:00 a.m.
The neighborhood to be served for this license is as follows:
All of Sections 15, 16, 21, and 22, Township 12,
North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M.
