RE: APPROVE RESCINDING RESOLUTION #2002-2464, DATED SEPTEMBER 10, 2002,
AUTHORIZING THE WELD COUNTY ATTORNEY TO PROCEED WITH LEGAL
ACTION AGAINST MARY MILLER AND KEITH MILLER FOR VIOLATION OF THE
WELD COUNTY CODE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution #2002-2464, dated September 10, 2002, the Board
authorized the Weld County Attorney to proceed with legal action against Mary Miller and Keith
Miller for Violation of the Weld County Code, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to rescind Resolution
#2002-2464, dated September 10, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Resolution #2002-2464, dated September 10, 2002, authorizing
the Weld County Attorney to proceed with legal action against Mary Miller and Keith Miller for
Violation of the Weld County Code, be, and hereby is, rescinded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of October, A.D., 2002.
