We would like to inform you that effective October 1, 2002 the $15.90 HBO and Cinemax analog
premium channel package will be no longer be available. Also, effective October 1, 2002, an
$18.95 HBO and Cinemax analog premium channel package will be available in your community.
Customers are being provided advance notice of the HBO and Cinemax analog premium channel
package changes via a letter that will be delivered to their home by August 1, 2002. If you have

making a price aujustinent to the HBO and Cinemax analog cable service package offered in yuur
community, as detailed below.
Current Rate Change New Rate
HBO and Cinemax Package $17.90 $1.05 $18.95
Customers are being provided advance notice of these price changes via a letter that will be
delivered to their home by August 1, 2002.
