HomeMy WebLinkAbout810428.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF ALFRED AND NELLIE CLERMONT FOR A PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Alfred and Nellie Clermont have applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to place a mobile home on the following described real estate, as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 18th day of March, 1981 , considered the request of Alfred and Nellie Clermont for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows: Lot 3, Block 29 , Aristocrat Ranchettes , a subdivision of Weld County located in Sec- tion 27 , Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the applicants , finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis- sioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Alfred and Nellie Clermont for permission to place a mobile home as a princi- pal dwelling on the above described parcel of land be, and hereby is , granted. Legal Description of Parcel Lot 3, Block 29, Aristocrat Ranchettes Location 2 miles northeast of Fort Lupton The Department of Planning Services has reviewed this request and recommends that the request be approved for the following reasons : WILL WILL NOT be in harmony with the character of the xx neighborhood xx adversely affect the surrounding area be compatible with the Weld County xx Comprehensive Plan be adequately served by water and sewage disposal facilities adversely affect the health, safety and xx welfare of the inhabitants of the area and the County COMMENTS : Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Clermont do not plan to live in thie mobile home at the present time. Therefore, they have proposed a cistern as a source of water for the mobile home.
