Dear Bruce,
In addition to the letter I recently faxed you concerning my client's request that
their land be excluded from Mead's Urban Growth Boundary, I would like to clarify their
request. In addition to the land you identified in your letter to my clients,they recently
purchased additional land directly west of their current parcel that they also want to
exclude from the Urban Growth Boundary.

Dear Bruce,
Pursuant to today's telephone call, let this serve as notice that my client's hereby
object to their property being included in Mead's Urban Growth Boundary. Please pass
this information on to the respective parties. If after the County Commissioner's
committee meeting next week, it appears that my client's property is still possibly being
considered in the Urban Growth Boundary, please let me know so that I can take the
additional necessary steps to protect their interest.
