RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF REUBEN GUSTAFSON FOR A PRIN-
CIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT ON A PARCEL
OF LAND DESCRIBED AS PART OF SECTION 36 , TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH,
RANGE 67 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Reuben Gustafson has applied to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to place a
mobile home on the following described real estate, as a princi-
pal dwelling and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural
Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 22nd day of April, 1981, considered the request
of Reuben Gustafson for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on
a parcel of land more particularly described as follows:
The Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quar-
ter of Section 36, Township 3 North, Range
67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicant, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Reuben
Gustafson for permission to place a mobile home as a principal
dwelling on the above described parcel of land be, and hereby is ,
granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of
April , A.D. , 1981.
