Dear Sir or Madam:
AT&T Broadband would like to inform you that effective February 2, 2002, current AT&T
Broadband customers in Weld County that subscribe to the Digital Gold Package that includes
one (1) Digital Cable Terminal and either the HBO/Cinemax combination or the Showtime/The
Movie Channel combination will receive a decrease in their package price. The package price will
go from $61.99 to$58.99. The components of the package will remain the same.
Customers will be notified of this change via a bill message on the first bill that the price change
appears and a legal notice that was published on December 2, 2001 in the Denver Rocky
Mountain News.
