RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 125 - GREAT PLAINS
LAND AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, ET AL.
`" WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the

affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
0 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
rn Colorado has reviewed the request of Great Plains Land and
Development Company, et al. , for an exemption from the defini-
tions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" in Section 30-28-101
(10) , CRS 1973, as amended, and Section 2-1 of the Weld County
Subdivision Regulations, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that Great
Plains Land and Development Company is the owner of a certain par-
cel of land located in part of the Northwest Quarter of Section
32, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado. The applicants desire to subdivide the two existing
parcels into smaller lots during 1981 . The property is presently
zoned Commercial. In the interim, they wish to modify the descrip-
tion of the two parcels in order to facilitate financing construc-
tion and operation of a new commercial enterprise on the smaller
parcel. This request will simply change the common property line
of the two parcels under consideration. No additional parcels
are being created by this request. The legal descriptions of
the resulting tracts of land are as follows:

A tract of land located in the Northwest
Quarter of Section 32, Township 6 North,
Range 65 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, and being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the North Quarter Corner of

in Section 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973, as amended, and Section 2-1
of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that the resulting parcels of land, as
described above, be, and hereby are, considered to be single lots.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
December, A.D. , 1980.
