RE: AUTHORIZE CERTAIN WELD COUNTY OFFICIALS TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE
SAFE DEPOSIT BOX AT WELLS FARGO BANK - GREELEY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the County of Weld rents a safe deposit box from Wells Fargo Bank, 5801
West 11th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80634, for the purpose of storing documents, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board to designate certain County officers and
employees to have access to said safe deposit box, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Donald Warden, Director Finance and Administration; and Carol
Harding, Esther Gesick, and Donna Bechler, Deputy Clerks to the Board, be, and hereby are
designated as the Weld County officials who are to have access to the safe deposit box, rented
by the County of Weld from Wells Fargo Bank - Greeley.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Resolution dated September 29,
1997, designating certain County officers and employees to have access to said safe deposit
box be and hereby is, rescinded effective May 6, 2002.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 6th day of May, A.D., 2002.
