(WMI) an affiliate of the owner has filed a Use by Special Review permit application
with the Weld County Planning Department in order to operate a ready mix concrete
plant on portions of the E '/2 of the NE '/ of the NE '/s of Section 9, Township 2 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. Currently, a public hearing on this matter (case# 1360 )
has been scheduled before the Weld County Planning Commission on Tuesday,
December 18, 2001, at 1:30 p.m. The hearing will be held in room 210, Weld County
