RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO FAIR BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Fair Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Brian Allmer be appointed to said board to
replace Ted Morgan, with a term expiring September 30, 2004, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Thomas Holton be reappointed to said
board, with a term expiring September 30, 2005, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Brian Allmer be, and hereby is, appointed to the Fair Board, with
his term to expire September 30, 2004.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Thomas Holton be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Fair Board, with his term to
expire September 30, 2005.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 25th day of November, A.D., 2002.
