Dear Board Members:
The Weld County Council in a special meeting on Tuesday,
November 10, 1981, by motion stating that the request from
the County Commissioners for the authority to levy an additional
$57,546 tax for 1982 pursuant to the provisions in the Home
Rule Charterb`denied, has been carried by a vote of three
yeas and one nay.
