RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE#569 FROM THE R-5
(MOBILE HOME RESIDENTIAL) ZONE DISTRICT TO THE R-2 (DUPLEX
RESIDENTIAL) ZONE DISTRICT -JER, A PARTNERSHIP, C/O LIFESTYLE HOMES,
INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Change of Zone #569 from the R-5
(Mobile Home Residential) Zone District to the R-2 (Duplex Residential) Zone District for JER, a
partnership, do Lifestyle Homes, Inc., and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 10th day of July, 2002, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable, at the request of the applicant, to continue said matter to
July 24, 2002, at 10:00 a.m. due to scheduling conflicts and to allow JER, a partnership, do
Lifestyle Homes, Inc., additional time to consider whether they intend to proceed or withdraw
the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
July 24, 2002, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 10th day of July, A.D., 2002.
