Dear Commissioners:
Thank you for your recent letter concerning Senate Bill
97. This bill is now once again before the Senate, as
amended by the House, and Conference Committee is to report
to us soon. That, as you recall , is amended in the House
and the amendment did not protect the people involved.
I agree with you that this bill as it is now constituted
is detrimental , and I will vote against it when the oppor-
tunity arises.
