RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING MOBILE HOME PERMIT, ZPMH #2319 - MARY
AND GORDON RUPERT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Mobile Home Permit, ZPMH #2319,
for a mobile home to be used as a Temporary Accessory to the farm for Mary and Gordon
Rupert, 20517 Weld County Road 46, LaSalle, Colorado 80645, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 23rd day of September, 2002,
at which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter two weeks to allow the
applicant adequate time to consider withdrawing this application and submitting a Recorded
Exemption.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
October 7, 2002, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 23rd day of September, A.D., 2002.
