RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DIANE WARREN TO AREA AGENCY ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Area Agency on Aging, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Diane Warren be appointed to said board to
replace John Lee, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Diane Warren to said board, with
her term to expire January 31, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Diane Warren be, and hereby is, appointed to the Area Agency on
Aging, with her term to expire January 31, 2003.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 12th day of August, A.D., 2002, nunc pro tuns July 1, 2002.
