Comments made during this phase of the process may not be all-inclusive, as other concerns or issues may arise during the remaining application process. COMMENTS: o The Weld County Public Works Department has reviewed the report: Alles and Associates, Inc., Preliminary Drainage Study dated July 25, 2002, for Bob Oman/Select Materials. Public Works accepts this preliminary drainage study. RECOMMENDATION: The Public Works Department recommends moving ahead with this use by special i view. As long as the operator is not disposing or backfilling the mine operation with the sand &amendment material, then he does not need to modify the permit(that would make it off-site material and would need to meet our "inert material" criteria). Also, as long as the operator is not amending the sand with topsoil that was slated for reclamation (i.e. stripped from the mine area&stockpiled for reclamation).
