Your denial letter was addressed to Kennewick,Washington and I have just received your letter. Since you did not address this denial letter to my current address I do not accept the dates for further appeal. I disagree on this value and I too have talked with realty agents and they do not agree the value of this property in its current condition. I do not accept the assessor's valuation of the property on comparison to similar properties. I ask the question—where were the properties located for comparison? I have asked for but not received any actual facts on which this value was determined. Please remit.
