RE: INCREASE CHANGE FUND IN ASSESSOR'S OFFICE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended to the Board that the Change Fund in the Assessor's
Office be increased by $200.00, and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to increase the Change
Fund in the Assessor's Office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Controller be, and hereby is, authorized to increase the Change Fund
in the Assessor's Office by $200.00, for a total of $250.00.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 13th day of May, A.D., 2002.

Subject: Increase in dollars for change
Claud,
We would like to increase our patty ocoh change fund from $50 to $250. This will allow us to implement
the indivual money boxes for the people who receive funds in our office. We will then track their boxes so
their money handling can be properly audited.
We will have 5 boxes with $50 each in them.
